International admission

Four steps to your first day in Canada.

Whether you apply yourself or through one of our partner agents, our admissions team guides you from your first application to your first class.

The four admission steps

  1. 1

    Submit your application and fees

The student or agent submits the application form, application fee, a copy of the passport, official transcripts from the last two years, and a recommendation letter from a teacher or principal — by mail or email. After reviewing your file, we issue a Conditional Letter of Acceptance (CLA).
  2. 2

Pay tuition and receive your Letter of Acceptance

After receiving the CLA, pay the tuition fee and submit your custodianship documents. You'll then receive your Official Letter of Acceptance (OLA) to use in your study permit and visa application.
  3. 3

Apply for your study permit and visa

Using your OLA, you or your agent apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for your study permit and visa.
  4. 4

    Welcome aboard!

Once your visa is approved, report to Innocent Hearts with your passport, study permit and newcomer profile. Your medical insurance coverage is activated when you report, and together we confirm your start date.

Admissions open year-round
