How to enrol

Four steps to your first class.

    Apply online

    Complete our five-minute application and choose your courses, schedule and start date.

    Send your documents

    Email or bring proof of status in Canada (passport, PR card or permit), proof of the course prerequisite (transcript or report card) and your Ontario health card.

    Pay your fees

    Pay securely online by credit card, by Interac e-Transfer to info@innocenthearts.ca, or at the school office.
  4. 4

    Start class

    We confirm your timetable and you begin — in class, at night, in summer school or online. Books and materials are included.

Our four-term year means you're never more than a few weeks from your next start date. Add July and August summer school, and online courses that begin almost any time.

When can I start?

Admissions are open all year. Full-time and part-time students can begin at the start of any of our four terms (September, November, February or April), summer students in July or August, and online students at almost any time.

What documents do I need to enrol?

Proof of status in Canada (passport, PR card or permit), proof of the course prerequisite (a transcript or report card), your Ontario Education Number (OEN) if you have one, and your Ontario health card where applicable.

How do I pay my fees?

Pay securely online by credit card, send an Interac e-Transfer to info@innocenthearts.ca, or pay in person at the school office.

What is your refund policy?

The full school fee is refundable (less a $100 administration fee) if you cancel within the first two days after classes start. No refunds are issued after that, or if a student is required to leave the program.
