Terms and conditions

• You must finish the course by the date given at admission (approximately two months from the start date). An additional fee applies if a course is not completed in the allocated time.
• Students are expected to be regular and punctual. Parents are informed by email or phone if a student misses classes on two or more consecutive days in a week or leaves early, which may delay course completion.
• If you miss a class, email your teacher with a valid reason.
• Refunds: the full school fee is refundable (less a $100 administration fee) if you cancel within the first two days after classes start. No refund is provided after that, or if a student must leave the program because of faulty documents, failure to follow program rules or attend classes, or criminal charges.
• Students, parents or guardians are responsible for any outstanding payments.
• You are responsible for providing an updated transcript showing the required prerequisites. Without it, registered courses are recognized as learning courses only, not for credit.
