Please read the following terms and conditions carefully

You must finish the course by the date given at the time of admission (approx 2 months from the start date).

It is always mandatory for students to be regular and punctual. An additional fee of $50/wk will be charged from the students who waste their time and time is stretched due to irregularity or absence.

Parents will be informed by email or phone about students’ absence if they are missing the classes for 2 or more consecutive days in a week or leave the classes early. It may delay in completing the courses.

If the student is missing the classes, an email must be sent to the teacher stating the valid reason.

Refund Policy:

  • Full School Fee is refundable if a student cancels within the first 2 days after the class starts. ($100 Admin fee will be applicable)
  • No refund is provided after 2 days of registration or in the event of being required to leave the program because of faulty documents, failure to obey the program rules, failure to attend the classes, or being charged under the criminal act of Canada.

Students, parents, or guardians will be responsible for the outstanding payments

COVID-19 Policies

If you are coming for an in-class session, the following terms and conditions

  1. Students are required to wear a mask at school.
  2. Students will be required to do a self-assessment of COVID-19 before coming to school.

It is my responsibility to provide the school with a copy of my updated transcript showing the required pre-requisites for the courses. Failure to do so means my registered courses will not be recognized for credits but learning courses only. I understand and accept Innocent Hearts Secondary School rules and refund policy as stated above.
